Before we arrive, you will receive a confirmation outlining the goals for our session and some simple prep tips. Your tech concierge will show up on time, in branded attire, and ready to work side-by-side with you.

We will explain every step in plain language; there will be no "Tech-Splaining" for you to try to figure out. You may even have a few "aha" moments along the way.

We will then check in a few days after our visit to make sure the topics and solutions we discussed are being applied. At that time, if you feel that you're still not confident about the topics we discussed, we'll provide you with additional remote coaching at no extra cost.

If you're still dissatisfied with our service, one of our founders will intervene and contact you directly. If we still can’t make it right, we’ll refund the cost of your last session, no questions asked.
